Oklahoma’s new Managed Medicaid program, SoonerSelect

Effective April 1st, Oklahoma rolled out their new Managed Medicaid program SoonerSelect.

Xpress Wellness will continue to accept traditional Medicaid, SoonerCare, and all three SoonerSelect health insurance plans.

Updated Insurance ID Card
If you haven’t received your new card, please bring your current Medicaid card or Oklahoma Health Care Authority Membership ID.
Photo ID (driver’s license)
